🇭🇷🛤🌞 It feels like a true summer day today. This regional service from #Osijek🇭🇷 to the border town of #BeliManastir🇭🇷 is working with #FensterAuf and nearly in a straight line through the flat lands of Slavonia. Beautiful and a #Hungarian🇭🇺 service is waiting there for crossing the border into the neighbouring country ❤️!

🇦🇹🇸🇮🇭🇷 These are the last sad remains of the once direct #EuroCity-service "Croatia". It's a two-2nd-class-carriage-train from #Graz🇦🇹 via #Maribor🇸🇮 to #Zagreb🇭🇷 with a classical loco🚂 change at the border stations. Nevertheless a lovely ride through the golden hour of the Slovenian Alps⛰️!

🇦🇹🚄🍽 This one of the remaining fully-fledged #ÖBB🇦🇹 #diningcar.s with IC 359, a usually crowded service between #Vienna🇦🇹 and #Graz🇦🇹. I really love the white table cloths, the grey curtains and the nice table lamps.

✅️ The minced buttermilk chicken🍗 patties with meadow herb puree as well as the Viennese apple🍎 strudel with vanilla sauce was delicious 😍!

🇵🇱🤝🇦🇹 This is one of the most exciting train-services in Europe: EC 107 "Porta Moravica" with SBB🇨🇭-carriages - including a 1st class panorama car - all the way to #Przemyśl at the 🇵🇱/🇺🇦-border. We entered in #Cracow🇦🇹 travelling in the direction of #Graz🇦🇹! Amazing 😍!

🇸🇰🚂🚃🚃⛰️ Good morning everyone with pictures of EN 443 "Slovakia" from #Prague🇨🇿 towards #Košice🇸🇰. Waking up in #Poprad🇸🇰 and having a nice breakfast at our #ČD🇨🇿 Deluxe sleeper compartment while winding through the Slovak Carpathian mountains⛰️ is an absolute blast 😍!

🇸🇮☕️🥐 Sunday morning, one of the best things to do starting in #Vienna🇦🇹 is a decent breakfast at the #SŽ🇸🇮 #diningcar with EC 151 "Emona". Today with the vintage "WRl" restaurant carriage, beautiful round table lamps, #FensterAuf, curtains and a cosy atmosphere... Nothing else needed 😍!

🇦🇹🌅🍽 The beautiful Saturday afternoon #diningcar trip continues with a solid and classy fully-fledged #ÖBB🇦🇹 WRmz restaurant car with EC 107 "Porta Moravica" 🤩. This special train from #Przemyśl🇵🇱 to #Graz🇦🇹 comes also with a Swiss panorama car 😍. While slurping a Tyrolean farmer's dish from cornmeal with cranberry sauce I enjoyed a dark violet-red sunset! Fantastic!

🇨🇿🍽🍺 It's Railjet №256 "Vindobona" today for a nice Saturday afternoon excursion. What a nice relation from #Graz🇦🇹 to #Berlin🇩🇪 via #Vienna🇦🇹 and #Prague🇨🇿. The stay at the #ČD🇨🇿 #diningcar was a pleasure, even though the delicious "Kukuřičné placky", corn🌽 pancakes with cheddar cheese🧀, bean salad & root beet dip together with a freshly tapped lager was served in diaposable plastic tableware. What a wonderful day 😍!

🇮🇹🤝🇦🇹 With #ÖBB🇦🇹 #Nightjet 235, the wonderful #Italian🇮🇹 Riviera of Cinque Terre is only a sleep away from #Vienna🇦🇹 and #Munich🇩🇪 (or vice versa). Yesterday's trip was without delay, super smooth & only the heavy rainfall drummed on the wall of the cosy sleeper carriage. Breakfast was served while travelling on the beautiful Semmering Railway. Loved it 😍!

Eine interessante #CrossBorderRail Verbindung, oder @jon ? Zwei kroatische HZPP Wagen, die als EC 158 zwischen Graz und Zagreb verkehren.
Der Schaffner meinte auf meine Frage, ob es bis Zagreb bei 2 Wagen bleibt, „Ja, leider“.
Klingt danach als wäre die Verbindung gefährdet, obwohl die Wagen relativ gut besetzt waren. Etliche Leute standen aber auch in den Gängen, da sie vermutlich nur bis Spielfeld pendeln.

🇮🇹🚂🚃🚃 The stretch alongside #Cinqueterre's coastline towards #LaSpezia🇮🇹 is simply marvellous 🤩... especially when served together with a nice breakfast at a double sleeper🛌 compartment of #ÖBB's🇦🇹 #Nightjet-service №233! The two portions from #Munich🇩🇪 & #Vienna🇦🇹 arrived without delay 😍👍!

🇦🇹🤝🇮🇹 Today's wonderful #ÖBB🇦🇹 #Nightjet-service №233 to #LaSpezia🇮🇹 left #Vienna🇦🇹 right on time. We enjoy this special 16h #nighttrain-trip to the breathtaking coast of #Italy's Cinqueterre in a DOUBLE sleeper🌜 compartment and already chose our items for the breakfast🥐! Egg noodles with cheese🧀 was our dinner for today 😍!

🇭🇺🍴 A spontaneous after-work trip to the 7th biggest city of #Hungary🇭🇺. It was EC 149 "Hortobágy" from #Vienna🇦🇹 to #Győr🇭🇺 with a wonderful fully-fledged #MÁV🇭🇺 #diningcar and a delicious meal with a vegan🌱 Indian chickpea ragu🍛 with rice as well as "Császármorzsa", shredded pancakes for dessert 😍!

🇦🇹🚂🚃🍽🚃🚃 A trip to #Ostrava🇨🇿 is a perfect treat for a sunny Christmas holidays day. We took EC 106 "Porta Moravica" and had a delicious "Kaiser Frühstück", a breakfast for Emperors 😉 at the - otherwise rather empty - #ÖBB🇦🇹 "DoNs" #diningcar 😍. Wonderful trip!

🇦🇹🚄🍺 A wonderful trip on #Austria🇦🇹's Western railway with RJ 647 is a nice way to round up the Christmas holidays, especially with delicious meals from #ÖBB's Winter menu. It was
1️⃣ "Organic braised beef🥩" in a burgundy wine sauce with polenta
2️⃣ "Organic saffron lentil stew🥘" with bread dumplings
3️⃣ "Thin pancak🥞" with a cream curd & speculoos filling and rose hip sauce. 😍
