💻 Quem programou no QB? Na data de hoje, mas em 1985, a Microsoft lançou o QuickBASIC, para DOS, expandindo o antecessor GW-BASIC com características mais maduras tanto na linguagem quanto no ambiente.
Vinha em um disquete de 5¼, e acabou com a numeração obrigatória de linhas.
@augustocc Eu usei o QBasic que vinha com o DOS 5 se não me engano. Naquela época eu não sabia muito o que estava fazendo em relação a programação. Continuo não sabendo, mas na época não sabia também.
Tenho um env #Python criado pelo Thonny em /home/villares/thonny-python-env/bin/python
Se rodo o script no Thonny (que está configurado para usar esse env, e o sys.executable me diz que é ele mesmo, funciona, mas se rodo no terminal o script com #! /home/villares/thonny-python-env/bin/python o PySimpleGUI quebra!
ImportError: libffi.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Isso deixa claro que sofro com a "complexidade incidental", quero é saber de fazer os meu meus desenhos e rodar scripts simples não queria ter que resolver essas coisas! 😭
Update: usando miniconda no #! parece que rola no terminal... vou trocar nos scripts usando #regexxer pois eu sou tosco com grep/regex e tosco na linha de comando e bola pra frente cuidar do que me interessa.
+100 to this: Git is the most user-hostile piece of software I've ever tried to teach (and I've taught people Emacs). @gvwilson One of the most frustrating experiences I had as a (hobbyist, but on a serious project) developer was working with an aggressive Git user who would rebase and force push all the time. It was my first experience with Git (and GitHub). One day I had a simple pull-branch-commit-push workflow then suddenly I was losing code to what I now think were botched merges, spending a lot of time trying to figure out arcane commands to handle whatever was going on... Made me avoid Git for years.
👎🏻 Na data de hoje, mas em 2015, estreava o programa É de Casa, cancelando a edição de sábado da TV Globinho, que tinha boa audiência (a edição de segunda a sexta-feira já tinha sumido para abrir espaço para a Fátima Bernardes).
Os responsáveis nunca foram presos e, se eu pudesse, engarrafaria as “dicas de estilo de vida, culinária, artesanato” do programa, para vender como um sonífero natural.

@nedbat Thanks for the very interesting post, I think it might apply doubly for those of us on the spectrum. As in, difficult as it may be, small talk might help us more in the attempt to build an internal model of the other person, adding clues that we'd otherwise miss in direct interaction.
OTOH, small talk might be overwhelming and figuring out when to abstain from it is also important.
BTW, the last link in the post is broken, but it doesn't matter because it works elsewhere in the post.
