It's a little weird that "QuickTime Player" is still a thing. Who remembers QuickTime as a thing outside of us old people who lived back in the days before h.264 won? I should rename it "Smacker Player" or something.

@mtothevizzah quicktime player is odd, but i guess all os have these quirky legacy things. It is much more than a player, it can record screen and other stuff too

I am in love with my latest pen/ink/paper combo. Will need to test more to know what is doing what as it’s all new: chou kuru ink on leuchtturm via a montblac starwalker I had custom ground to fine. So wet! So deeply black!

I almost have 30x more followers on twitter than here. REAC posts get about the same reposts here vs there. I might need to consider to do the ultimate sacrifice and pay for twitter blue for a month.

@BartWronski @gavkar 2c - i don’t think that anything matters but commitment. That can come from hedonistic passion (my case) from desire and dreams, or pure need. Eventually you will need to learn a bit of everything and as you learn you will find the things you are best at etc, so any random starting point and any random progress path is ok as long as you keep walking and go more or less towards a point in the horizon.

Going through the required "training" yet again thinking - you can't make this non-cringe or fun, the only way to make it better is to make it shorter. But, assuming people aren't morons, I went to check... and yes, by law there is a minimum duration (1h) these have to be.

Random thing I ran into in London was seeing this logo on a door and remembering always eating here when visiting SF for GDC. Turns out it’s a weirdly sprawling high end chain with owners including an Abu Dhabi investment firm, good times.

In an attempt of making the battleship (capacitive buckling springs model F replica) quiet enough to hear my thoughts, I accidentally made the loudest thocking keyboard on earth. (Greased all keys, put strands of floss inside the springs to diminish the pinging noise "floss mod")

Bought a new model f keyboard (capacitive buckling springs). I knew full well it would be an impractical keyboard, mostly for the lulz, but OMG. It's so heavy. So loud. So finnicky. I love it, I think i'll never use it :) 0/10 would not reccomend
