What does a society look like when every initial interaction is automated? Google showed in their IO keynote last Wednesday a use case of letting a GenAI model create a job posting automatically. It's easy to imagine a world where the employer creates the job posting automatically, the candidate creates the pitch automatically, and the initial screening is done automatically as well 🤷♂️
