Most of the new #NWSL kits are pretty boring, IMHO. The Thorns one is especially 🥱 and feels so not like the Thorns which is especially sad given Nike is headquartered just outside of Portland. Missed opportunities all around.
Well, one of two teams no longer under Merritt Paulson is a good thing. I just hope that a nagging feeling of them moving the team is just the paranoid/skeptical side of me.

I have no idea what Carli “Bitter AF” Lloyd or Alexi “chud” Lalas said nor do I give a 💩 but if we’re going to evaluate the USWNT performances as objectively as possible, Pinoe is so far below what she normally brings it’s glaring and extremely frustrating to watch.
I’m also under zero delusion that Vlatko is the right coach for this team. He is a swell guy and good coach but I really think he’s out of his depth and getting out-coached.
@qlp yes! You’ve hit the nail on the head on all points. Agree with you about Savarese and Norris. I have little doubt Rapinoe will continue her activism/social justice work. Right now I wish she’d dig deep and find whatever she needs to get her play back to what we are used to seeing (even if it’s a little slower or for fewer minutes).
The ADHD Diagnostic statements - They are SO from the perspective of the parent/teacher/boss & is done in a very "deficit" way of thinking. Ugh. 😩
Example:

😆 Haha. No. ADHD ppl pay A LOT of attention to details & can hyper-focus. The problem is when something is no longer interesting, then we may pay less attention to details.
@levampyre I can’t speak to ADHD specifically, but I do have experience in getting help with mental health. Like @static said, part of it is about speaking with a professional. But it’s also about getting to know yourself better for a deeper understanding which can lead to really fantastic growth and change for the better (whatever that may mean for you). @jai_oh
