Oh my, after 10PM! I'm not tired, but I am trying to get my sleep patterns sorted. I might break off shortly, shut down the PC and go watch TV in bed until the news is over

I totally agree there. No TV in the bedroom is a VERY good advice as well. Never had that and never will! It is not necessary to engage your brain with various Tv n stuff before getting to sleep. Listening to a book or audio podcast can be more soothing. There are even ppds that are made specifically to make you fall asleep. Even if one is a sceptic try a month with no TV for an hour before bed and no TV in the bedroom. ๐๐
