According to today's announcement from Be My Eyes, their Be My AI service is now utilizing the new GPT-4O model for all users. Additionally, they mentioned that audio and video capabilities are forthcoming, as the API required to enable those functions is not yet available for their use.

I’m looking for recommendations on where I can sell my Victor Reader Stream 2. It’s in excellent condition, barely used, and practically like new. I hope someone else can benefit from it. Although it’s not the latest version, its pristine condition should make it a great addition to someone’s collection. Thanks for any suggestions.

The new #AppleSports app has an unlabeled button. When My Leagues is selected, VoiceOver reports, "Trophy, Fill, Drag, Button." Everything else looks ok considering there is no data yet for MLB for me.

@JeffBishop @JohnGassman @mikedoise My personal observation of the NEW Apple Sports is somewhat disappointing, to be honest. The app lacks any thrills and frills, presenting itself in a very basic and simple manner, albeit with a slightly clunky UI. As Jeff mentioned, I’m also curious whether it offers any notifications or if the Live Activity springs to life when a game begins. What are others thought on the new app?

I wanted to pose a challenging question to my friends here: How can one obtain or create an RSS link for a specific YouTube channel? Despite numerous Google search results, I haven’t found a method that truly works. Has anyone successfully accomplished this, and if so, could you kindly share how you did it? 😊

When I add this to several RSS catcher they both throw up an error. Thoughts?

@weirdwriter @marty Thank you so much for the information. However, when I use that specific feed you gave me I entered that using OverCast and iCatcher and both gave me an error that there were no audio found. Thoughts?

@wesleymartin Yes, for me it is working instantaneously between the voice prompt. I was also surprised by the quick responses. I'm not sure if that is due to the holiday here in the States and the responses are quicker or if it’s because I wasn't asking any complicated request, but I will be playing a bit further with it today. Regardless, the new Voice feature for the ChatGPT is just simply wonderful for those like me taking advantage of the free tier.

The game takes inspiration from classic text-based adventures but adds a modern twist with voice-based controls. The developer is currently looking for beta testers to help them refine the game and identify any issues. I'm disappointed to learn that TWBlue, a Mastodon client for Windows, is no longer supported. I thought it had been recently updated to support Mastodon and was still being developed. Does this mean that Tweesacake is the only remaining Mastodon client for Windows users, aside from using the web browser?

The latest version 5.2 of Microsoft’s Seeing AI for iOS is now available, introducing some intriguing new features. The Scene Channel has been enhanced to provide more detailed descriptions of photos. This can be accessed via the More Info button after selecting or capturing a photo. Although Be My Eyes continues to offer superior descriptions, the recent update to Seeing AI delivers satisfactory results. The Document Channel has been updated to allow users to ask specific questions about a document, such as requesting information from a particular section. The newly updated Seeing AI is definitely worth exploring.

Wanted to give a shoutout to the team at @BeMyEyes for working so hard behind the scenes with @OpenAI to negotiate the lifting of blurring out faces in photos we want to have described. I am so glad that we are now able to have faces described to us once again. You can now ask for many facial descriptions, such as whether they are wearing glasses, if they have any facial hair, what color their eyes are, and more. Bravo, BeMyEyes! @Accessibility @A11y

@JeffBishop I agree with you, Jeff. Having options and choices is wonderful, and I really love VoiceVista. Its layout and interface are compelling and easy to use. VoiceVista continues to add new features that aren’t found in Soundscape, making it hard to pass up. Like you, I favor VoiceVista more. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying it too!
