Hello friends, I’m about to make a call on some wacky old school phone to ask for the rain 🌧️ to stop here!

It’s been a very busy and very wet 💦 Monday- BunMum and BunDad have been bailing water from neighbour drainpipes all day as they haven’t gotten the new sump pump yet (and they don’t want me floating down the street in the house!). They’ve also got a new eavestrough issue due to some neighbour’s trees. 😅 -Skye 😘❤️ #SkyeLove

@roccoman 🥰 Thank you! It’s so exciting! ❤️ BunMum attended one when Wayne Gretzky was playing back in the day (wow BunMum feels even older, even if she was a sorta kid🤭!) - the energy is incredible! Skye was pretty happy, she even watched the team photo being taken after the game❤️.

3/4 I take a different path and confirm my snac provisions are intact. After taking a bite (or six) to ensure quality has not been compromised, I continue with reconnaissance.

To my horror my second wormhole #SkyeGate©️™️ entrance is completely obstructed! 😱 Thank goodness I have a backup! 😅 (Always have a backup wormhole plan B entrance, friends!)

I poke the intruder gingerly with my nose. It remains resolute and barely moves! Clearly brute force is not an option for this formidable enemy!

The Thirring.org server work and upgrade for this quarter is complete and I can finally take a nice break. I’ve installed an uninterruptible power supply to avoid shut downs during our power company’s random one second blips, too.😅 #SkyeSlamx2

Planting season 🪴 is here so we will be a bit behind in notifications the next week or so! I was proud of BunMum, she was digging holes 🕳️ yesterday, sometimes with her paw. She was grumbling about how there’s sand less than a foot down when you dig. She’s been working in the front where the hydrovac people left a disaster after the sewer pipe line repair in the fall. 🍂

She’s hoping to get my veggies in the ground within the week. ☺️🥬🥕❤️ -Skye

A foot and a half hole shows pure sand starting halfway down, rather dramatically. The dirt in the center has just fallen in from higher up.
