28 Weeks Later was a thing?

Definitely a thing.

Uhh, is 28 Years Later going to be a trilogy?

Yep, that’s the plan - the last part of a trilogy of films is, itself, a trilogy of films. Alex Garland is writing them all and Danny Boyle is back to direct the first one, Cillian Murphy isn’t currently listed as having an acting role but he is an executive producer so it seems pretty obvious that he’ll be in front of the camera at some point.

It does seem ambitious but Garland knows what he is doing and the studios wouldn’t have signed off on the project and handed over a chunk of change without seeing a solid overview of the story arc. So I am optimistic that this is going to work.

28 Weeks Later rather scuppered that one. I imagine that, one day, someone will get the green light to make a flashback film.

Andor: The Complete First Season (Steelbook) (4K UHD Review) (thedigitalbits.com)

Andor was captured digitally by cinematographers Adriano Goldman, Frank Lamm, and Damián García in the X-OCN ST codec (in 16 bits and 6K resolution) using Sony Venice cameras with Panavision C and G-Series anamorphic lenses. It was finished at the 2.39:1 scope ratio for its streaming and physical release, and is presented here...

He was definitely one of the good ones.

That sounds like a bold policy that would be popular with the electorate. Am I dreaming or will there be some.rapid overnight rewrites of the speech?

I don’t think it’d need The Ghost of Britain Future to demonstrate that Labour need to get cracking fixing the mess the Tories have got us into. I am surprised it’s taken this long and/or they didn’t wait until after the election.

Is it the suspicious barrels outside?

Very unusual unfinished, unpermitted concrete bermed home with unpermitted septic system and no power on 4.97 secluded, wooded acres. Individual well. 4-1,000 in ground propane tanks, 500 gal water storage tank. Used to be powered by a solar system & a generator, both of which were stolen (and other equipment) but electric nearby. Owner was working on a self-sufficient home but passed during construction having spent over $400K on the project.

They were building a bunker.

The property has a 500 gallon water tank.

I dunno about obscure but I owned Meet the Feebles on VHS.

I saw it in the cinema, my girlfriend was not impressed but I was already a Peter Jackson fan, so I had some idea what I was getting myself into. Talented guy, pity he never made it big.

Cool - I enjoyed it.

I feel I can’t recommend it - if they hate it, they’ll wonder what kind of maniac I thought they were; of they love it, they’ll become worried I might be able to see into their dark soul and try and so they try and kill me. Greasily.
