Unfortunate for the man, the woman he was attempting to steal from happened to be Polyana Viana, a professional MMA fighter.

Polyana hit the thief with two punches and a kick. The aspiring thief fell, and Polyana swiftly subdued him with a rear-naked choke, detaining him until the police arrived.

@Zennblack Right now, I'm just over the border in MA, so I know about this all too well. Every time I go back to FL to maintain the other house my father left me when he died, it amazes me how much cheaper and easier it is to live there (aside from the property tax and house insurance--but then MA is quickly catching up and looks to be overtaking it). It kills me. :( I wish my income was increasing this much to keep up.
