#Anthias is the best non-cloud based digital sign solution I have found that has an incredibly intuitive user interface with just enough features to keep you happy. Also, runs great on #RaspberryPi. #Linux

Nearly Seamless Integration | openSUSE in a Microsoft Office 365 Environment

I made great effort to take on the incredible task of learning this job by immersing myself in all things : , , , etc. I needed to make @openSUSE my home daily work environment. That is where my efficiency & work satisfaction dramatically increased.

Unbreakable Self-Adjusting Vertical Laptop Holder

I requested a new monitor in the office because the one I had was developing a cluster of vertical lines running through it. I actually got what I asked for, an LG DualUp display that is essentially like having two, 1440p monitors stacked on top of one another without the bezel. It was essentially perfect but I needed a way to free up desktop space when the laptop was docked.

@CubicleNate now has a working, 2nd, @FrameworkPuter and they think it is fantastic! Not as good on battery as the laptop chassis but the keyboard is pretty great. It runs opensuse Tumbleweed and is pretty peppy with the Intel 11th gen i5 mainboard powering the thing.

CubicleNate,

@nus @frameworkcomputer That is a great choice too. The keyboard in this machine is RGB and can technically be any color my daughter wants it to be. :)

Prospect Mail is a great way to experience #Microsoft #Outlook on @openSUSE #Tumbleweed. Not to be click-baity, but it is the best way to do Outlook... for me. #Linux

A #2YearLinuxChallenge check in. Haven't done one in a while. Still going strong on :opensuse:. Still remains awesome.

CubicleNate,

@thelinuxcast I think I'm going on a decade now. 😉

2023 is the year of the display server, at least for me on @openSUSE . I'm here and I'm not going back to . Outside of a few minor issues, it is working fantastically well!

Wayland Display Server on openSUSE Tumbleweed in 2023
It is official, 2023 is the year of the Wayland display server. It has become very obvious that there is quite a bit of momentum behind the Wayland Display Server project and as of today, in October of 2023, Wayland is the best experience you are going to have with the Plasma desktop, especially if you have

Junction is a fantastic productivity enhancer for me. Since the idea of different laptops for different workloads was essentially a failure for me, this solves my multiple work loads on one device. Works GREAT in @openSUSE! #Flatpak #flathub

CubicleNate,

@sonny Firefox profiles are easy to do, I have read through a lot of documentation on Chromium and tried things to see if I could call up a specific profile but all attempts failed. I ran out of time and had to move on.

But YES, I think this is a FANTASTIC application and I have about 4 other articles that will relate to how this has made my work life so much better.
