If Biden does not course correct soon, he is going to throw this election. In that case, the damage to our ability to form alliances may be permanent. How can we have any credibility with Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, etc. after witnessing the lack of seriousness which we afford to our “ironclad” commitments?

Trump was looking for a quid pro quo. He was asking Zelenskyy to fabricate evidence for trumped up charges against his opponent for personal political gain. Biden has done no such thing.

Guys. Police snipers are frequently present at large public gatherings to deter mass shooters. Just because you don’t happen to see one when you’re at a football or baseball stadium does not mean they are not there. If you don’t believe me, please look it up, don’t just automatically buy into the hysteria that universities are deploying snipers against students without first doing an internet search or two.
Any person who claims that the IHRA definition of antisemitism forbids all criticism of Israel is lying to you. The examples from the definition are very specific and do not sweep very broadly. If you don’t believe me, go and read them for yourself.

Saying something like Israel is currently racist in this or that respect would not qualify. Saying that Israel and Zionism are inherently racist no matter what, on the other hand, essentially calls for the unconditional destruction of Israel, and so would qualify, because calls to Destroy Israel are antisemitic.

It's not even about priests. Just as there are Jewish student centers near some schools, there are many more with Catholic student centers. That's what this is equivalent to.
