We have known about this for quite some time, from services like Honeygain letting you "share" your bandwidth to 2captcha letting to solve CAPTCHA's for money are used for malicious purposes, I do not get how this is new information.

New, scoopy, different: A number of Discord communities focused on cryptocurrency have been hacked this past month after their administrators were tricked into running malicious Javascript code disguised as a Web browser bookmark.

"A CAPTCHA bot that allows Discord cookies to be accessed by the person hosting the CAPTCHA," was how one victim described the attack. "I've seen all kinds of crypto scams, but I've never seen one like this."

At #windows build they announced Dev home, the "all in one" for developers. It is promising but the preview is still full of bugs and crashes. Guess my WiFi is just gone.

#discord pushed Polls to 181.0 version of iOS app 4 days ago. They pushed it as a hackweek project and the feature has gone with the 182.0 version. They work a lot like any poll feature on any app like Mastodon. Probably it will turn into an experiment soon.
