Offhand, I view this reduction in women's leadership roles as a result of family unfriendly policies purposefully adopted by some corporations to force women out. They also give donations to right wing politicians and organizations who have promised to keep women barefoot and pregnant and in second class citizen status.
Let's be real. Without Wall St backing, no Maga or QAnon politicians could possibly fund their candidacies, so we know some Wall St backers are pouring cash all over them. It should be no surprise that as an aside women's roles would be diminished or they would be replaced by men in corporate offices. That follows the intent of the christo-fascist oligarchy to make sure old white rich men remain the only real ruling class.

Explain how this is fair to me with a reason that isn't just "because misogyny."
It doesn't matter what's going on under the waist, or what you identify as, or what you were assigned at birth--it 100% depends ENTIRELY on whether you "look male" or "look female," full stop. I really don't know why the majority of Americans (and westerners in general) just unthinkingly accept this blatant example of #sexism and #misogyny that have plagued the US since the 1930s, and every year only seems to get MORE restrictive against "people who look female," not less. To say nothing about how violence and bloodshed are fine on all these platforms, as long as it's "simulated". But show a single stationary female nip and oh god, get out the ban hammer!
