Tempting: a #Stockholm-#Milan route involving a #TGV9211. #ICE71 punctuality stands at 52 % though... (Not sure why DB refuses to sell #EC323 available from Trenitalia.)
Ah! The trick is to look for tickets to #Verona, to catch the #Railjet for Bologna.
#ICE583 is often late but a 50 min connection to #RJ87 with a fallback to #RJ89 2 h later sounds good enough.
Once in Verona I don't care whether I have a ticket for Milano: the regional train is always 13 € and a reservation is not needed, in the worst case I can stand.
Now the usual (non) problem remains that the ferry to Stockholm is either 2 hours too late or 10 hours early.

A remarkable astrolabe from Al-Andalus, hitherto unknown and unpublished, is preserved in the Fondazione Museo Miniscalchi-Erizzo in Verona. It is datable to the eleventh century and features added Hebrew and Latin inscriptions.
