Why has my old JVM and #tomcat 5 lost its sense of file path encoding under nested virtualization?

It insists on URI encoding any capital letters passing in paths through the classloader.

Now that is dead, what is your «plan B» for on prem ?
At work, I don’t think we can’t afford a migration to : storage support is a mess and Ceph is probably a no-go.
On prem is slowly going down the hill as Microsoft is pushing everyone to Azure.

Before the licencing change we had to pay about 14K€/year for support.
Now we would have to pay ~180K€/year.

The guide provides every option available, too. Starting with using their Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), to using a Virtual Machine, and even on "Bare Metal" alongside Windows.

That's right, Microsoft now tells you how to dual-boot Linux. 🤯

It literally uses the same drivers as does as it literally requires it.

So yeah "" aka. "" which against the logic isn't / + is alyo not available on |s / Versions of & ...

Might just use #VirtualBox and by that time you could also install @ubuntu / #UbunutLTS on bare metal and use #Windows as #Guest in VirtualBox instead as that'll get you all the control you want in both worlds...
