Ah purée, j'ai mis #GhostBSD sur mon #X220. Quelle machine !

Je suis à deux doigts de revendre mon X280 de 2019 pour ne garder que le X220 de 2011.

Il y a bien longtemps que l'informatique ne m'avais pas excité à ce point. Je crois que seul un portable #RISCV avec #FreeBSD pourrait atteindre ce plaisir de jouer.

Je parle d'un vrai portable, avec batterie amovible, port Ethernet, USB SD_Card Mini et Micro, switch physique pour le wifi et cache physique pour la caméra (ce qui manque au X220)

Je n'arrive pas à faire fonctionner le #TrackPad sur mon #X220 (avec #xfce4 sous #FreeBSD mais l'OS ne semble pas important).
Je prend vos idées.

I cannot make the #TrackPad of my #X220 under #FreeBSD and #xfce4. But the os seems to not be the problem
Any advices are welcome.

My wife's work had a family after work social with food on a boat, going around the harbour. That was nice, but after getting back and putting the kids to bed I've been able to finally do what I wanted: change the WiFi card in my 'other' laptop back to the original Intel one.

#openbsd #x220 today i upgraded my "car" computer an old x200 which i use primarily for vpn to my clients while on the go . rdp / ssh to jump servers ....
i upgraded openbsd from 6.9 to 7.4 and everything worked like charm , also wifi speed has doubled . way to go OBsd team . it was by far the easiest upgrade ever ... this computer is like a tank . i miss my x60 which died recently and served the same purpose .

Did the "war room" mod on my old #ThinkPad #X220 :awesome:

Swapped out the white Thinklight with a red ultrabright LED.
Looks so much better in the dark now.
