Not sideways neither capsized, but upright on its feet, completing the mission and embarking on the journey back, the 'νόστος' of Homer's Odyssey, only much less tutted, as if it were a routine event, thus deserving

for both the ethos and the accomplishment.
¹Success: in reference to #NASA's Bill Nelson calling Intuitive Machine's Odysseus barely surviving landing a "success" and a "triumph".
On Sol 1168 the rover moved to RMC 52.5032 across the ancient riverbed and stopped a few meters away from a light colored layer of rock at the foot of the northern bank, which appears to be the same layer with that of Bright Angel.
¹"the bacon strip": unofficial name for a light colored layer of rock back at the Three Forks area.

This is a combination of three SuperCam RMI images and one Mastcam-Z image taken by the #Perseverance mars rover.
The images were taken two days ago on Sol 1164.
Nuts, bolts, rivets, springs, metal sheets, brackets, cables, connectors, wave-guides, antennas, all designed by naturally intelligent (NI™) beings and assembled by their dexterous hands to form a multi-functional creature that was sent to operate on an inhospitable planet 15 light-minutes away, and which is presently capturing images of what appears to be an epic "selfie" at a hill in the middle of a long since dry ancient riverbed.
Up there is where #Perseverance took some of the best shots of #Ingenuity at its final landing location. It was there two months ago, around Sol 1100. Tosol is Sol 1163 of the mission.

An assortment of rocks with some very interesting colors at the new location of #Perseverance (the "hill" at present, but we need an official name for this mound).

This Memorial Day added an interesting twist to the daily grind of #Perseverance 🙂 Not only did it clear the rest of the rego-ripples it had to the north, but took advantage of the holiday to go on a picnic at a nice hill to the northeast 😀 🙃. Apparently the hill has a geological story to tell and the team's geologists are eager to hear it.
Wild guess (double stitched white) vs. official path (double solid white).
It appears #Perseverance did that 200m drive in one go without intermediate stops (whereas I had one on Sol 1160), and that driving through the ripples wasn't a problem at all, apparently 😯

#Perseverance's MastcamZ is ~1.9m above ground level. The tilt of the image may be indicative of (but is not equal to) the inclination of the ground where the rover was located when it captured the image.
