I love old technology.

My DS Lite which I got as a Christmas gift in 2006 is still working flawlessly.

Only replaced the battery twice & charger once.

Professor Layton series has the highest play time, followed by Ghost Trick.

They don’t make ‘em like they used to...

Since I'm playing Animal Crossing: Wild World regularly at the moment, it could be fun to try and make a homebrew program that does a little bit of save editing for some things that aren't necessarily cheats, but that just make the game nicer to play? That kind of area feels under-explored.

It'd be nice to have some expanded item storage (with a "sort" button), and a tool for making it easier to decorate the ground with patterns (and help with patterns in general). Maybe the ability to move rocks and trees around? And it could help with keeping backups.

I added a simple pattern editor to my Animal Crossing: Wild World save editor tool because I realized the official one was missing some features I'd like to have, but also just for convenience. This also improves on the pattern editor that's available for PC because I noticed that one has incorrect palettes and has more basic tools.

I'd like to make it so you can use the tool to just draw and save patterns even without having an ACWW save; it could be fun on its own.

I implemented a map editor in my Animal Crossing: Wild World save editor, and it has a special mode to help with decorating the town with patterns.

That also means the tool now has every important feature I wanted it to have, so it's time for an initial release. Feel free to try it out, but make sure to back up your save with another tool first.

There's also a mode where you can draw pixel art with ACWW's palettes without needing to have an ACWW save to edit.
