A friend of mine is looking for tools to automagically import CAD/BIM data into maps.
This is for a tool for navigation for the blind, as of now gpx can be imported but other ways might be OK as well. CLI and scriptable and unattended is a must.
Any Ideas?
(In this specific case ArchiCAD was used, and we are looking for a path to make the data useable from a festival that is cooperative)

Die dt. #Bahn arbeitet seit 11 Jahren mit #BIM und ist bei 495 BIM-Projekten in der Umsetzung – bspw. in der Planung beim Varianten-und Trassenvergleich oder bei der Bauablaufsimulation, so Dr. Katja Hüske von der deutschen Bahn.

Ein Digitaler Zwilling schafft eine Interaktion zwischen einem realen und einem virtuellen Objekt – wie bspw. Straßen, Brücken und Tunnel. Momentan arbeiten wir bei 80 Projekten schon mit #BIM und digitalen Zwillingen, so Werner Breinig von der #DEGES beim #digitalgipfel
