chiraag, WFPB carrot paratha!
Pretty easy:
- 1 lb (16 oz) whole wheat flour (I used mostly black emmer with some Turkey red, I think)
- 2 oz tahini
- 1 1/8 tsp salt
- 1.5 lb carrots grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Mix all dough ingredients up to carrots in one bowl
- Mix grated carrots with 1/2 tsp salt in a separate bowl
- Slowly add salted grated carrots to other dough ingredients and keep mixing (easiest to do by hand).
