Perl is my go to language, but I use JS & Node, Python, etc. and even Prolog!

My music has been described as "cinematic" or "game soundtrack."

so how did you end up with perl to create algorthmic music? the midi libraries?

@dekkzz76 Let's see... 1) #Perl is a full-featured, high-level programming language, so it is a natural for abstract musical tinkering. 2) Sean M. Burke created MIDI set of modules for Perl back in '98. Also 3) I had been using the language professionally for a few years so I was experienced enough to try fooling with #music programming and #MIDI #composition.
