what about a new license that explicitly forbids mechanically transformed works?
the trick AI corpos have used is to say there's no difference between a person being inspired by a work and by a machine being trained on it. i think it could be defensible if you specifically wrote the license to exclude machines. the obvious response here is to say machines are human, but like - that would be really interesting to see where that goes.
