Some overlap I think with Google Contributor. I loved Google Contributor, which was essentially an early version of YouTube Premium, but for the whole web.
I paid a flat fee every month to have all Google ads hidden, with the site owner where ads would have appeared being paid more for my view than if I had seen the ads.
That was amazing, but it obviously made advertisers unhappy, so it had to go.
