@econads@3dogcouch@RickiTarr In my experience, coincidental change confuses the perception. You want someone to appreciate something you do, they do, and it seems voluntary when it's mutual interests in alignment.
But that is a very pessimistic view of human relationships and analyzing my own failed engagement to a large degree. You might be right about him for all I know.
