The studios are hurting. They are obviously and publicly licensing old material to each other and scrambling to bundle streaming services together hoping the audience won’t notice they have little new to offer on each service alone.
IATSE has opportunity to build on groundwork laid by WGA &SAG-AFTRA, can press the boot studios are feeling on their necks & catch up on the raises that didn’t happen since 1980. I so very much hope they do.
Last year we set the tone, this year we bring it home.
