"We now have so many non citizens in the country -if only one out of a hundred of those voted, they'd cast 100s of 1000s of votes -dangerously high number -a great concern-could obviously change the outcome of our elections."
Sen Lee: "The only reason to oppose this -would be if you're comfortable with or even somehow want non-citizens to vote &- in some cases to to influence the outcome of elections."
