Good Tuesday morning! The sun is up and the clouds are few. I’m going out to run some errands soon, so I can enjoy the good weather when I return.
The hummingbirds are gradually coming in greater numbers. I love that they aren’t afraid of us being close by. If they want a drink from our feeders they don’t care if we’re standing nearby or not. Such tiny, fearless little creatures.

Good morning! I got errands done and came home to see a mama duck poking her head out of the nesting box. 90 minutes later she finally decided to come out, with about 15 babies following her. I hope the video of them jumping 6 feet to the ground came out and I can post it tomorrow.
She led them across the pond and into the woods, and that's the last we'll see of them until nesting season next year.
