But this feature should be in all mastodon clients and enabled by default: https://indiehackers.social/@leroy/111813329231666691 TLDR: The app spits out an error “Alt-text not included” and doesn’t let you post. The only override is to go into settings to disable the feature entirely because a simple “not this time” button would get abused.
