Gamers are just like wine snobs.

I've seen so many people say that they can't play games that are 30 FPS, and even that 60 FPS is trash; it seems that it needs to be above 90 for gamers to be content.

Only problem with that is that the human eye only perceives up to 60 FPS. (very limited studies speculating that 75 might be the peak but that's still debatable)

Anything above 60, your eyes can't even see the difference. We see movement as ''smooth'' when above 20; movies are between 24 & 30.
