@penfount Pilot 823 with Diamine registrars blue/black, and that would be it. I love the idea of having just one fountain pen. I could never bring back my collection down to one by myself, but if it happened by force, that would be a great way to get to that point. #FountainPen

@penfount So about £400… Dylan Stephen has a beautiful limited edition Onoto Magna 261 for £350. Ink wise I’ll stay in the UK with all of Diamine’s Deep Dark Cult Pens exclusives.

@penfount As someone who's celebrating new pen day today, this hypothetical is painful, lol.

I'd probably get a TWSBI Diamond AL(r?), a Hong Diang Light of Hope, and then a TWSBI Vac700. I'd also look at getting a Diplomat Nexus.

Sadly my new pen is out of the price range with current scalping levels.

@penfount I think I’d probably get a Sailor PG Realo F, a flex of some kind like my vintage Waterman, and a Senator Regent with calligraphy nibs. For inks, probably just a few Diamine and a few Iroshizuku.

@penfount who brakes into a house to steal fountain pens? And inks? What kind of person would do that?
With the insurance money I would buy some vintage Montblanc 146 and a vintage Aurora 88. For inks, any Pelikan 4001 blue, or black, would make me happy.

@penfount My 3776 UEF would be the highest priority, followed by my Kaweco Steel Sport, Nahvalur Obsidian Pumpkin, and Kanwrite Mammoth. If there's anything left over for ink, I'd get Sailor Date Gokoro and Platinum Classic Khaki Black.

@penfount I’m grabbing my Nautilus and my 21k sailor that was 150 on Amazon. Then we are getting organic studios Walden pond and unicorn blood, diamime winter miracle and polar glow.
