@Vivaldi I like the wallpaper, but tabs seem to be completely broken. Clearing cache fixes the isse with tab view, but won't fix broken address bar search.
What seems to fix it is disabling address bar at the bottom:

I think I've vaguely heard of an issue like that, but can't find a bug report for it right now and haven't been able to reproduce it myself.
Would you please file a bug report on https://vivaldi.com/bugreport/, so we could look into it some more? Thanks!

I'm glad to hear that you managed to find a solution on your own.
In case others with this issue are reading, restarting the browser helps in this case as well.
@Vivaldi I just broke a bunch of stuff at work last week due to unknown dependencies, so I know the feeling. This is the first time I can think of where a Vivaldi update has had any sort of issue, so I can't really complain. We learn and move on!
