@JamesLonghurst I was working at UWM when Wisconsin closed all of the 2-year schools in the system and made them satellite campuses. I got the feeling that the legislature didn't want the blame for closing the university in their district but also hated education too much to fund it.
This was kind of inevitable under our current situation.
