Despite what the #CDC says based on economic reasons like CEOs of Airlines determining the proper isolation time so their workforce keeps producing, actual scienctific studies show:

1. #Masks (#N95s or better) work at keeping you from catching

#Measles
#Colds
#Influenza (aka the #Flu)

Of which there are a lot going around. Still. We are not yet out of the 2nd largest COVID surge. Ever.
