I’m using a shortcut to change my #MonaAppTheme when I open the app (shortcut circulated here a while ago). Worked great until recently, now I get a time out error for the #Mona get theme actions. I have quite a few #MonaTheme s installed, anybody encountered an upper limit yet? This is happening on iPad, haven’t tested iPhone or Mac yet. @MonaApp@chamona#MonaApp
@MonaApp IPadOS 16.5, iPad Pro 11” 2nd gen (2020?), it started a couple of days ago, don’t think I updated at the time. I do have many themes installed though, shortcut throws a time out error for get light/dark themes. I have 19 light themes and 44 dark themes installed
@veith My guess on the time out error is that Mona somehow crashed. Could you try opening Mona and Shortcuts apps side by side, then run your shortcut, and see if you still see an error?
@MonaApp Rebooted the device and ran Mona and shortcuts side by side. See attached screenshot. Takes maybe 45 sec or a minute for the timeout error to appear or even longer. Thanks for being available for stuff like this!
@MonaApp Ok, not the end of the world. Will wait and test again after iPadOS updates and maybe and some point weed out my themes gallery. Thanks again for your help, really appreciate it!
@MonaApp And for what it’s worth Mona runs just fine throughout the whole process (minus the theme change). Doesn’t seem to matter if it’s active the whole time or in the background.
@bengillam@veith You can export and import settings (including themes) on the Advanced Settings. On the bottom of same page, you can reset all settings.
