@brunty mine switched to a triage system and it’s way better. It also means we can ask questions via text without needing an appointment which is a billion times better

Never works and I end up at the desk anyway

@wade yeah I'm going to end up having to call them to book the appointment, since introducing the online system I've never managed to book a single appointment through it.
