@siracusa@viticci I think it just looks foreshortened because of the angle. The weird details are the speaker grills, but the image is making them like like one contiguous hole
@siracusa My conspiracy theory: Apple Marketing taped a Pencil to the side of an iPad for this shot so we'd all be talking about that instead of how weird Tim Cook's eyes look.
@siracusa to me it looks like a 12.9” iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil off center and partially covering the volume rocker (with a comparison to a centered Apple Pencil)
@siracusa looks like a current-gen pro. But the pencil is at a weird position, and I think lens distortion makes it look like a different aspect ratio.
@siracusa But the simplest explanation is that it's an iPad Pro in a white Magic Keyboard, the "cutouts" on the right side are the speaker grills, and there's a weird perspective trick going on in the photo.
