A prank is "a practical joke or mischievous act" (Oxford) Swatting is neither. It is filing a false emergency (911) report with the goal of having armed cops (SWAT team) descend upon an address. It is criminal.

StarkRG, 4 months ago @kegill @AP It's also harassment and potentially deadly. In my opinion, in addition to being charged with making a false report and harassment, such "prankers" should be charged with attempted murder.
