I wish everyone the strength and open heart to reflect on the successes of 2023 whatever they may be, and to see in a new year of hope and hard work to keep on making the world a better place.
Change is hard, but Rosa Parks said it best: "To bring about change, you must not be afraid to take the first step. We will fail when we fail to try."
Don't fail to try, and be ready to learn from failing.
