@kylewritescode Could be a temporary issue. If it’s still not working, please try re-saving your notification settings in the Push Notification Settings panel.
@macking I just verified that it’s a server-side API bug of Friendica (introduced in a recent server update). Notification settings are usually saved just fine even if you receive that error.
@macking@tux Specifically, when using Mastodon API: POST /push/subscription, the JSON content returned from Friendica server is somehow duplicated, causing client-side JSON parsing failure. For example, say the expected JSON content is “{“a”:1}” but the server returns “{“a”:1}{“a”:1}”
