If presidents have ultimate immunity, regardless of constitutionality, as #trump is claiming (and #scotus refuses to correct), can #biden , the current president, nullify the 2024 election without correction by SCOTUS?
Can he throw out the congressional investigation of impeachment proceedings, or the one into his son? Can he appoint the heads of military which #tuberville is delaying, unilaterally?
Can he imprison #gaetz for an ugly face? Can he deport #melania ? Can he declare himself king?
These would all be fair and good questions IF #Biden possessed the super powers that come from being “spanked” by Eric’s Aunt Stormy’s unlubricated “Forbes” (that’s the girthy foot-long one with the white straps and silver buckles).
