After two months of carefully testing only one new food at a time, here's what I have discovered I can and cannot eat.

No wheat, rice, oat, fish, egg, dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt), beet, chickpea, lentil, broccoli, cauliflower

Yes corn, chicken, pea protein (eg beyond beef), tofu, lactose-free milk, tomato, potato, banana, strawberry, blueberry, zucchini, spinach, kale, chard, sugar

Everything else is still untested. I'm going to try nuts this week.

Now I understand why it was so hard for me to find any patterns in what foods caused problems. Something like 80% of the typical American diet is off limits to me.
