At #supercon I was checking continuity while soldering, but couldn't hear the beeps well. @maketvee found it quite amusing that I held the multimeter to my ear with my shoulder. His image and captions are pretty funny, but he may also have inadvertently launched my new career as an LED hotline operator!
@geekmomprojects@maketvee@schiermi I think I saw a prototype of a device splicing the Multimeter Beep into a headphone cable so you can listen to music on your ANC Headphones while beeping out your board.

@geekmomprojects@rrmutt@maketvee my mom totally had one of those extra plush foam attachments for her office phone in the 80s, so she wouldn’t have to crick her neck so much.
@geekmomprojects@maketvee need multimeters with headphone jacks, TBH. Or at least those silicone tube "headphones" if we would rather stay non-conductive. (Was going to suggest Bluetooth but I'm not sure if the latency would be annoying.)
