Mrfunkedude, 9 months ago Holy shit. Opened up a package of fresh yeast to use for a couple of sandwich loaves, and instead of taking 90 minutes to rise, it took 45 minutes. I’m not even sure if it was that long. I checked on my bulking container and this is what I found.
