Now the police can’t do shit without a proper warrant. How is it the local populations problem to solve for the police…. What a waste of money if they can’t take care of something like this.
Can not one of the people in the building management, or whatever, just set up an outdoor HD camera? This seems like a pretty easy conundrum to solve after the 3rd or 4th time.
