Finally freed the front lens assembly from the shutter. Cleaned up the back lens, reattached it to the shutter, and finished fitting the bellows.

I think the green bellows look sharp!

The shutter assembly has been partially fit to the camera, the bellows are still only partially attached (the rear is attached to the camera, the front is not).

After resorting to what felt like a harsh method for freeing up the focus, I was able to get the lens assembly apart and cleaned up.

Everything went back together nicely and was given a bit of fresh synthetic grease.

To get a sense of the image and as a preview to the collimating process I've run some Scotch tape across the film plane to act as a temporary ground glass.

Center lens cleaned up. Green grease chunks have been completely removed from the receiving threads. Focusing happens by screwing in and out of this assembly.
Front lens cleaned up and resting on a kimtech wipe next to a small tube of "Super Lube" synthetic grease. The middle lens assembly has been reinstalled into the shutter assembly.
Scotch tape has been placed across the film plane to act as a 'ground glass' to aid in collimating the focus. The faint image of a white coffee mug holding pens and pencils is visible on the tape.
