Finally finishing the #musiclist of 2023.
Very rewarding and irritating, realizing all the #music you've listened to aND YOU STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ALL OF THE #MUSICS YET
No single human could cover all the music they love in one year, let alone the 'it's okay' stuff.
When I DJ every month, I check out every new album by acts I've never heard of, from the 1st of the month on. I never get past the 3 or 4th and I have TOO MUCH TO PLAY!
Music now = the best it's been in my entire life.
The mainstream radio, telly, streaming etc. = the worst it's been since before punk.
Honestly, I want all the artists on my list to be huge. They deserve it.
