Just knowing that such things as chord progressions and circle of fifths and whatnot even exist (and not understanding any of it) is enough to put me off setting up my gear and making bleeping noises with it.
@JayMX it's almost all of us, at one point or another! I actually know a decent amount of theory now, but I didn't bother until I had been at it for like 10+ years 😅 😂
