What types of mead do you have going, there?

@wannabemystiker The two that are reddish/pink are blackberry mead. The VERY yellow one is a straight mead, but brewed from an extremely, extremely pollen rich honey.

I've never had strawberry mead, before. I need to try that.

How does the pollen affect the taste?

Here are my two babies I'm nursing along (blackberry on the left, blackcurrant on the right).

@wannabemystiker Ah, sorry, that's right, it's a blackberry mead (misremembered that). Very different color than yours!!! No idea on the taste (yet)... still letting it age.
