@s1m0n4 I don't know - but everything you are doing is extremely impressive - the short videos are great to watch! To me, I think a hundred burpees would result in heart failure; and mine is in good shape. 🤣
Truth be told I was truly impressed by your running when I joined mastodon. Every day, every sort of weather conditions, for how long? 500 days? This is something I could never do and I admire you for that. I don't have that kind of discipline to stick with one thing and that one only. That's probably why I am average at everything I do.
Anyone doing crossfit seriously can execute 100 burpees better/faster than me.
